De bank- och kreditkort som du kan betala med är VISA och MasterCard. Vid beställning reserveras beloppet och när varorna skickas från vårt lager dras sedan beloppet från ditt konto. Alla kortbetalningar hanteras av vår samarbetspartner Dibs Payment Services AB. Vi innehar SSL-certifikat och uppfyller kraven för PCI DSS. För din säkerhet krypteras kortköpen så att ingen obehörig kan se din information. Vi tillåter bara köp med svenska kort från Sverige.

FAKTURA

I Guldfynds webbshop kan du betala mot faktura via Klarna. Om du väljer att betala mot faktura tillkommer en fakturaavgift på 29 kronor. Du kommer att få en separat faktura från Klarna efter att du har lagt din order i Guldfynds webbshop. I samband med betalning med faktura tas en kreditupplysning.

Någon kreditupplysning tas aldrig direkt i Klarna Betaltjänst utan vid behov, beroende av vilket betalningsalternativ du har valt. Kreditupplysningar som tas av Klarna påverkar inte din kreditvärdighet och kan inte ses av andra som begär kreditupplysning om dig. PRESENTINSLAGNING

Om du vill ha en eller flera varor inslagna, bockar du i rutan för presentinslagning innan du lägger din vara i kundkorgen. Då slår vi in din vara så den är färdig att ge bort. Kostnaden för presentinslagning är 29 kr per vara.

LEVERANS MED POSTNORD

Varorna skickas med PostNord och hämtas hos PostNords uthämtningsställe. Paketet ligger kvar i 7 dagar. Om paketet ej hämtas ut blir du debiterad en avgift på 150 kr.

Din leverans aviseras via e-post eller SMS beroende på vilket alternativ du valde i kassan. Du måste ha en giltig legitimation med dig för att hämta ut ditt paket. Att ändra namn eller mottagare på paketet är inte möjligt i efterhand.

Vi kan för närvarande endast leverera till kunder i Sverige.

ADERASSÄNDRING

Leverans sker endast till folkbokförd adress, ändring av leveransadress är inte möjlig.

LEVERANSTID

Beställningar skickas normalt från vårt lager dagen efter att din beställning är gjord. Normal leveranstid är då 2-5 arbetsdagar. För varor märkta \"beställningsvara\" är normal leveranstid 5-15 arbetsdagar. Vi kontaktar dig om en vara är försenad eller saknas och du har rätt att häva köpet om leveranstiden inte kan hållas.

EJ UTHÄMTADE PAKET

Om du inte hämtar ut ditt paket inom 7 dagar skickas det tillbaka till Guldfynd. Du debiteras en avgift på 150 kr inklusive moms för frakt och omkostnader.

SKADADE PAKET

Vi står för transportrisken för de varor som skickas från vårt lager. Skulle en försändelse vara trasig eller skadad när du hämtar ut den, kontakta transportören. Saknas varor vid leveransen, vänligen kontakta vår kundservice.

BYTEN OCH RETURER

Hos Guldfynd har du 30 dagars ångerrätt, från den dag du hämtat ut ditt paket. Du har även 30 dagars öppet köp. För att varan ska kunna returneras måste den vara i väsentligt oförändrat skick, dvs oanvänd, hel och ren. Har du som kund använt varan/varorna i större utsträckning än vad som är nödvändigt för att prova dess egenskaper och funktion, är du dock skyldig att ersätta den värdeminskning som användningen har medfört. Efter retur kontrollerar vi om varan har använts på ett sådant sätt och drar, om så är fallet, av kostnaden för värdeminskningen som användningen har medfört från det belopp som återbetalas. Vissa av våra varor plomberas och plomberingen måste då vara kvar för att retur ska kunna godkännas.

De varor som du handlat i Guldfynds webbshop returneras till vårt lager i Varberg. Medföljande askar, förpackningar och tillbehör till varan ska också returneras i väsentligt oförändrat skick. Vid en retur/reklamation tillbaka till oss står du för transportrisken. Använd dig av retursedeln som följer med ditt paket. Returen kostar 39 kr oavsett paketets storlek och vikt, summan dras automatiskt från beloppet vi betalar tillbaka till dig. Eventuell presentinslagning kan inte returneras eller återbetalas då denna tjänst anses som förbrukad.

Efter godkänd retur betalar vi tillbaka pengarna till dig. Återbetalning sker inom fem (5) bankdagar från det att Guldfynd tagit emot och godkänt returen. Återbetalning sker med samma betalningssätt som vid köpet.

KVALITETSKONTROLL FÖR SMYCKEN MED DIAMANTER 0,15 CT ELLER STÖRRE

För smycken med diamanter som är 0,15 ct eller större sker en kvalitetskontroll innan returen kan godkännas.

INGEN BYTES- RETURRÄTT ELLER ÖPPET KÖP FÖR SPECIALBESTÄLLDA, GRAVERADE VAROR SAMT PRESENTKORT

Presentkort, specialbeställda varor, ringar från Schalins, Flemming Uziel och Sarek samt graverade varor omfattas inte av bytesrätten eller öppet köp.

BYTE AV VARA

Byte av en vara hanteras som en retur. Du returnerar varan enligt ovanstående information och gör en ny beställning i vår webbshop.

REKLAMATIONER

Om du upptäcker att en vara på något sätt är skadad eller felaktig ska du så snart som möjligt kontakta oss innan du reklamerar varan. Reklamationer kan göras genom att kontakta kundservice på shop@guldfynd.se eller i våra fysiska butiker. Väljer du att kontakta kundservice informerar de dig om hur du ska gå tillväga för att skicka varan till oss. Returadressen framgår på returadress-lappen du får med din leverans. Vi betalar tillbaka fraktkostnader vid reklamation. Du har som konsument 3 års reklamationsrätt enligt konsumentköplagen. Om din reklamation medför ev. kostnader har du rätt till ersättning. Guldfynd löser inte ut returnerade varor mot postförskott. Väljer du i stället att kontakta en butik, ta med ditt kvitto eller din följesedel. Guldfynd följer Allmänna reklamationsnämnden vid eventuella tvister.

ÅTERBETALNING VID REKLAMATION

Vid reklamation har du rätt att få pengarna tillbaka inom 14 dagar om du häver köpet från den dag då Guldfynd mottagit meddelandet. Om Guldfynd företar omleverans eller avhjälpande av felet vid reklamation betalas eventuella fraktkostnader tillbaka inom 14 dagar från den dag Guldfynd mottagit den reklamerade varan. Återbetalning sker med samma betalningssätt som vid köpet.

GARANTI
